- Collection/preservation of historical monuments, technical and philosophical research.

MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY
Minimum requirement of members to form a Society - 7 Members
Age eligibility - Above 18 Years

Governing Body - Secretary, President, Vice President, Treasurer, Auditor, Joint Secretary, Joint Treasurer etc. as per the designation decided to be appointed by the members of general body.

General Body - All the members of the society whose name is listed in the Memorandum of Association of the Society.

3. Aadhar of all the members
4. List of members of Governing Body
5. Passport Size photograph (Soft Copy)
6. Proposed Name of the Society
7. Signature Specimen of all the members (Soft Copy)
8. Address Proof for Registered Office of the Society -
Utility Bill (Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Landline Bill, Municipal Tax Receipt)
Rent Agreement
Sale Deed, Ownership Deed /Registry Papers (Soft Copy)
OUR PROCEDURE
1.
We will collect all the required info and documents as will be required for your Society Registration.

All the documents will be sent for your signatures and final assertion.

Availability of Name will be checked.Affidavit and Rent Agreement will be prepared in the mean course.
4.
Challan will be generated of Govt. Fees and will be notified to you about date of presentation.

Our professionals will prepare Memorandum of Association and draft Articles of Association as per the suggestions received from your end
5.
On the date of presentation, our executive will present your case and post approval Certificate will be sent on your mail and we will courier the hard copy.
